WELCOME TO FRIENDS OF HISTORIC MIRACLE MILE!

In December 2022, the Miracle Mile Apartments Historic District was officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Friends of Historic Miracle Mile is a volunteer organization of owners, residents and preservation advocates in the Miracle Mile Apartments Historic District in Los Angeles, Califonia 90036.

Roughly bounded by Hauser Boulevard, Wilshire Boulevard, La Brea Avenue, Third Street, Cochran Avenue and Sixth Street, the neighborhood includes Spanish Colonial Revival, Chateauesque, Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, Monterey Revival, Art Deco and Streamline Moderne homes. Roughly 97% of the structures are multi-family, with just 4 of 223 structures in the District being single family homes.
